Can I join Ausbuy?

Yes you can. To keep up to date with which companies and brands are being bought and sold, become a subscriber to Ausbuy and receive the latest Ausbuy information each quarter; private or corporate memberships available.

Isn’t Australian made good enough?

Foreign owned companies do create jobs for tax paying Australian’s, but their profits go overseas. There is a better alternative and that is Australian owned and made. Let’s create jobs for Australians while keeping the profits in Australia.

Is SPC Ardmona Australian Owned?

SPC was bought by Coca Cola Amatil which is 37% owned by Coca Cola of the USA and also has a marketing agreement with Amatil. This agreement, plus the 37% share, effectively gives control to the USA. Consequently, Ausbuy treats them as an overseas company.

Who do we complain to when we see misleading claims or advertising?

The correct organisation is the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission).
